Pineapple Cucumber Cooler

Summer is here, and it's getting warmβ€”just the right time to try making different summer drinks. The Pineapple Cucumber Cooler is a delicious and refreshing treat. I like to add a hint of lemon, ginger, and mint to most of my fruit drinks, which gives them a nice kick. It's perfect for quenching your thirst on hot summer days.
For this drink, you can use fresh pineapple, but I used canned pineapple to make it easier. Most of the time, I have the ingredients on hand, and there’s not much prep work. I love how easy it is to combine everything in the blender.
I definitely plan on making this refreshing Pineapple Cucumber Cooler throughout the rest of the summer.

  • 1 Β 20 oz can crush pineappleΒ

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, mint leaves, salt and sugar to a blender.
  • Pour in 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves.
  • Enjoy your refreshing drink all summer long!

Notes

Tips:
Instead of water, use coconut water or sparkling water for a different twist.
These drinks are easy to prepare, and you can use whatever fruits you have available or your favorite fruits.

Aam ka Panna (Raw Green Mango Drink) is a refreshing mango drink that is made from raw green mangoes and some mild spices. This chilled drink is great for hot summer days as it has a very nice cooling effect.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup raw cooking mango peeled and cubed,
  • 3/4 cup sugar adjust as needed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp dry roasted cumin seed powder

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

For Serving

  • Few fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  • Peel the mango, slice it into large pieces and remove the seed.
  • Boil the mango slices in about 2 cups of water until the mango slices are well cooked. It should take about 10 minutes.
  • After the mango cools off, blend the mango with all the ingredients except use Β½ cup of sugar we will add the sugar as needed.
  • Add about 2 cups of water, taste the panna and adjust the salt and sugar. Panna should have the consistency of orange juice.Β 
  • Serve over ice and use fresh mint leaves as a garnish.

This Fruit smoothie is a delicious and healthy drink, and also quick and easy to make. Fruit smoothie is one of my favorite summer drinks. This great smoothie consists of cantaloupes, strawberries, and yogurt with a touch of ginger giving a nice and tangy taste. Try this recipe for the perfect almost-summer drink.

This recipe will serve 3.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Fruit Smoothie Recipe by ManjulaIngredients:

  • 2 cups cantaloupe cut into small pieces (kharbooja)
  • 3-4 strawberries cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup yogurt (curd, dahai)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, adjust
  • 2 teaspoons ginger juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup orange juice freshly squeeze
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Method

  1. Put the cantaloupes and strawberries in a blender and process on high speed until smooth, add yogurt, orange juice, ginger juice and sugar blend until everything mixed well. Add ice blend on high speed until there is no ice and smoothie is little frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

Fruits should be ripe but do not use overripe fruits. Sugar needs to be adjusted depending on the fruits.
