Following final regulations this week, OPM has officially moved forward with ending the distribution of FEVS, which it has overseen for more than 20 years.
Though lifting a longstanding time-in-grade rule, OPM rejected a recommendation to set governmentwide standards for accelerated promotions of federal employees.
