After losing civil service protections, some federal employees now in Schedule Policy/Career fear for their job security and retribution for speaking up.
The recruitment effort comes after more than 7,600 IT employees separated from their jobs at DoD, resulting in a net staffing loss of nearly 5,700 tech experts.
