About Cappuccino Popsicles

Cappuccino Popsicle is made using instant coffee, water, condensed milk and sugar. These ingredients come together to make a cold treat that feels like cappuccino when you eat it. The coffee gives strong flavour and the condensed milk makes it creamy and smooth.

The coffee decoction is the base for everything. When you boil water with coffee powder and reduce it, it becomes concentrated and strong. This gives the popsicles the real taste. The condensed milk makes it feel creamy and smooth instead of icy.

Sugar adds sweetness but not too much because condensed milk already have sweetness. The balance between coffee and milk is important. If you add too much coffee it becomes bitter and if too little you can't taste it. It tastes like real cappuccino but in popsicle form.Β
