Sony Sonenium Incubation Program Targets PlayStation Games and Anime

29 October 2026 at 02:35

Sony has launched a new Soneium incubation program targeting blockchain-powered entertainment, including PlayStation games, anime, and digital collectibles. The initiative could open new doors for onchain gaming and fan experiences, although Sony has not announced any specific PlayStation crypto integration.

The Sony Onchain Entertainment Incubation Program opened applications on October 29 and will accept submissions through December 2026. It invites startups and creators to develop entertainment products using Soneium, the Sony blockchain network.

Selected projects can receive technical infrastructure, marketing and business development support, community-building opportunities, and potential investment consideration. Sony said the program aims to move projects beyond technical experiments toward entertainment products that deliver tangible value to users.

Sony Soneium Targets Games, Anime and Digital Collectibles

Sony’s new program covers a wide range of entertainment products, extending beyond traditional blockchain gaming. Its target categories include console, PC and mobile games, anime, manga, music, films, esports, immersive experiences, and creator communities.

The company is also seeking projects that use blockchain to change how audiences interact with entertainment intellectual property. Potential applications include digital collectibles, fan communities, merchandise, and experiences that let users participate more directly in creator-led ecosystems.

Sony Soneium launches a new incubation program targeting PlayStation games, anime, digital collectibles and fan communities.

Applicants must demonstrate a clear connection between entertainment, intellectual property, and onchain technology. Projects must also support Soneium, although multichain approaches are welcome if the network is properly integrated.

Sony has already built an incubation track record through two earlier initiatives. Soneium Spark selected 32 projects from more than 1,700 applications in 2024, while Soneium For All selected 11 projects from more than 250 applications in 2025.

The new program narrows that ecosystem-building effort toward entertainment experiences. Sony is looking for products that can connect content, communities, and digital assets in ways that encourage sustained user participation.

PlayStation Crypto Speculation Returns, but No Integration Is Confirmed

The announcement follows a fresh Soneium token announcement, and Sony’s wider gaming and blockchain ambitions. PlayStation games are explicitly included in the program’s target categories, and the program invites independent startups and creators to develop entertainment projects compatible with Soneium.

Anime is another notable area of interest, reflecting the overlap between entertainment franchises and highly engaged fan communities. Sony’s program explicitly includes anime and character intellectual property, creating room for developers to explore blockchain-based collectibles and other fan experiences.

Applications will undergo screening and selection from November 2026 through March 2027, with selected startups beginning to receive support on a rolling basis. Sony says participation does not guarantee investment, which remains subject to separate evaluation.

For now, the clearest takeaway is that Sony wants more entertainment businesses built around Soneium.

Google MPC Could Reshape Crypto Custody: Fireblocks Security Flaw Draws Attention

28 October 2026 at 07:57

Google is preparing to expand its crypto security operations with a new Multi-Party Computation (MPC) service targeting institutional digital asset custody. The move comes as a fresh vulnerability in Fireblocks’ MPC library highlights the risks buried inside crypto key-management systems.

Google MPC is reportedly in private preview, with major financial institutions testing the service. The technology is also being used to secure digital assets on Ethereum and Solana, with commercial availability expected in early 2027.

The timing puts institutional crypto security under renewed scrutiny. On October 26, CERT/CC disclosed a vulnerability in Fireblocks’ MPC library that could weaken protections separating cryptographic key shares.

CERT/CC’s Oct 26 advisory describes a hardened-derivation flaw in Fireblocks’ mpc-lib, CVE-2026-90975. A compromised descendant signer share plus its chain code can expose that party’s ancestor shares. This does not independently recover a full spendable key; MPC threshold…

— Venkata Satish Guttula 🛰 (@snakeyesV1) October 27, 2026

Discover: The Crypto Presales This Q4 2026

How Google MPC Could Change Crypto Custody

MPC allows multiple parties to participate in transaction signing without assembling a complete private key in one place. Instead, each participant holds a separate key share, and the parties collaborate to authorize transactions.

This design reduces the risk associated with a single compromised device or insider. However, MPC does not eliminate vulnerabilities in the software handling those shares.

Google MPC targets institutional crypto custody as a Fireblocks MPC vulnerability highlights the risks facing digital asset security systems.

Google Cloud has previously supported institutional MPC deployments through Confidential Space, which uses confidential computing and hardware-backed attestation. These safeguards help verify sensitive workloads and restrict access to protected data, including during blockchain transaction signing.

The reported Google MPC service would take the company further into dedicated institutional crypto security. Its appeal could lie in combining cloud infrastructure with cryptographic controls designed for organizations managing substantial digital asset holdings.

Now, institutions will still need to assess implementation details, transaction approval policies, and recovery procedures. MPC itself is a cryptographic technique, not a guarantee that every component of a custody system is secure.

Fireblocks MPC Vulnerability and Key Security Risks

CERT/CC published vulnerability VU#701544 on October 26, identifying a flaw in Fireblocks’ mpc-lib library. The issue affects its implementation of BIP32 hardened key derivation when a required private parent key is missing.

According to the advisory, the library can substitute a zero-filled buffer instead of rejecting the operation. If an attacker also obtains a compromised descendant signer share and its associated chain code, the attacker may recover ancestor shares within that party’s key hierarchy.

The flaw does not expose a complete, spendable private key. Instead, it weakens an additional protection designed to limit how far a compromised share can expose related key material.

CERT/CC said no vendor fix was available when its advisory was published. It recommended keeping chain codes confidential and avoiding reliance on hardened derivation to isolate signer shares until the implementation is corrected.

The incident illustrates why Google MPC security will need to be evaluated at the implementation level. Distributing private keys is one layer of protection, but derivation logic, access controls, and transaction approval mechanisms also matter.

Ripple’s RLUSD Wins Moody’s Rating as XRP Faces a Bigger Question: Who Captures the Value?

28 October 2026 at 03:02

Ripple’s RLUSD just secured a major institutional credibility boost, earning Moody’s A2 long-term deposit rating and its highest P-1 short-term rating. The assessment covers RLUSD issued on XRP Ledger and Ethereum, giving institutions another benchmark for evaluating the dollar-pegged stablecoin.

More good news for $RLUSD this week – @moodysratings has assigned RLUSD an A2 long-term rating and P-1 short-term rating, the highest possible short-term rating under its new stablecoin framework.

TL;DR: RLUSD is the first stablecoin to have ever received an investment-grade…

— Jack McDonald (@_JackMcDonald_) October 28, 2026

The rating arrives alongside Ripple’s final approval to establish a national trust bank under the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Ripple says the bank will manage RLUSD reserves and provide institutional custody services, while Bank of New York Mellon remains the stablecoin’s primary reserve custodian.

But the bigger question concerns XRP and its holders. If RLUSD becomes a major institutional settlement asset, can XRP capture value from that growth? Binance’s historical BUSD and BNB ecosystem offers an interesting comparison, although Ripple’s model works differently.

Discover: The Crypto Presales This Q4 2026

RLUSD Moody’s Approval and Institutional Push Expand XRP Ecosystem

Moody’s rating gives RLUSD a formal credit assessment that institutional risk teams can incorporate into their evaluations. RLUSD will still be issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, its New York-regulated subsidiary. The trust bank will manage segregated reserves, act as collateral trustee, and provide fiduciary digital-asset custody services. Ripple outlined the approved activities on October 26.

These developments could help Ripple compete for institutional payments, treasury operations and collateral applications. But for XRP, the opportunity depends on what institutions do after adopting RLUSD.

xrp logo
Xrp (XRP)
24h7d30d1yAll time

Every transaction on XRP Ledger requires XRP to pay network fees. Accounts also need XRP to satisfy the ledger’s reserve requirements. Greater RLUSD activity could generate incremental XRP utility, although these requirements alone may create limited demand.

The more substantial opportunity involves cross-currency payments. Institutions could use XRP as a bridge asset when converting between currencies, rather than routing every transaction through dollar stablecoins or traditional intermediaries.

So, RLUSD can settle directly without requiring an institution to purchase XRP for the entire payment value. Transfers on Ethereum also do not require XRP for gas.

Consequently, RLUSD’s market cap could grow substantially without generating proportional demand for XRP. The bullish case strengthens when stablecoin adoption also creates deeper XRP liquidity, additional bridge transactions, and new institutional trading activity.

Should Ripple replicate Binance’s BUSD–BNB value-capture model?

Binance’s historical ecosystem demonstrates how a stablecoin can support a wider crypto business. BUSD offered dollar-denominated liquidity, while BNB served multiple purposes across Binance’s exchange and blockchain infrastructure.

BNB provides utility through network fees and trading-fee discounts, alongside a token-burning mechanism that reduces supply over time. These mechanisms give BNB several direct connections to activity across its ecosystem.

Ripple has a different starting point. RLUSD provides dollar stability, while XRP operates as the XRP Ledger’s native asset and potential cross-currency bridge. Ripple could create a comparable value-capture loop if institutional RLUSD adoption increases the need for XRP liquidity.

RLUSD earns Moody’s A2 rating as Ripple secures OCC trust-bank approval. Can XRP benefit from stablecoin growth like BNB did?

Imagine RLUSD growing from $2.5 billion to $25 billion in market cap. That would represent a tenfold expansion, potentially giving Ripple a much larger stablecoin business.

However, it would not imply a tenfold increase in XRP’s price. The outcome would depend on transaction volumes, network activity, institutional integrations, and the proportion of payments that actually use XRP.

Ripple could pursue a similar ecosystem strategy, but it would need to make XRP more integral to the financial activity surrounding RLUSD. Stablecoin growth alone would not reproduce BNB’s exchange utility or supply burns.

Ripple may be building a substantial regulated dollar business. But could XRP capture meaningful value from that expansion?

XRP Eyes $15 as Ripple Wins Final Bank Approval Ahead of Swell

27 October 2026 at 02:28

Ripple has secured final U.S. approval for its national trust bank, giving XRP investors another reason to watch the coin as Swell 2026 opens in New York. The milestone strengthens Ripple’s position in regulated finance, while fresh institutional partnerships and ETF demand could help drive the next XRP price rally.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank on October 26. The decision completes a process that began with conditional approval in December 2025, opening the door to expanded institutional custody and RLUSD reserve management. XRP now enters Swell week with Ripple’s regulatory standing strengthened and a major industry gathering underway.

Ripple National Trust Bank Approval Strengthens the XRP Investment Case

Ripple’s new federal trust bank approval marks another milestone in its push to connect blockchain infrastructure with traditional finance. The bank will manage segregated reserves backing Ripple USD (RLUSD), act as collateral trustee for RLUSD holders, and provide fiduciary digital asset custody services.

RLUSD will continue to be issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company under New York regulation. The additional federal oversight strengthens the regulatory framework supporting Ripple’s stablecoin and institutional services. Ripple has also reported that RLUSD has reached a $2.5 billion market cap since launching in December 2024.

Big news heading into @RippleSwell: the @USOCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank.

This gives Ripple a federally supervised platform to support $RLUSD and provide digital asset custody to enterprises.

We’ve always said crypto and banks work better…

— Brad Garlinghouse (@bgarlinghouse) October 26, 2026

For XRP, the development adds momentum to a business increasingly focused on payments, custody, stablecoins and capital markets. Ripple’s infrastructure could attract more financial institutions to its ecosystem, creating additional opportunities for XRP Ledger adoption and liquidity.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has repeatedly emphasized the relationship between crypto and traditional banking. This new charter gives that strategy a stronger regulatory foundation just as institutions gather to discuss the next phase of digital finance.

XRP ETFs Hold $1.8 Billion in Cumulative Inflows as Ripple Swell Begins

U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds have attracted $1.8 billion in cumulative net inflows, establishing a huge channel for institutional exposure to the token. Total net assets stood at $1.48 billion.

The latest sessions also show room for renewed buying. XRP ETFs recorded $4.3 million in net inflows between October 19 and October 23, including a $3.5 million contribution on October 22. The October 23 session recorded no net creations or redemptions.

The cumulative inflow figure remains an important part of XRP’s institutional adoption edge. ETF investors can gain exposure without directly managing wallets or handling on-chain transactions, making these products another route for traditional capital to enter the market.

XRP could be gearing up for a huge rally as Ripple secures final bank approval and Swell 2026 brings fresh catalysts back.

Swell could give another push to XRP demand. Ripple’s annual conference runs October 27–29 in New York and combines Swell with the XRP Ledger developer conference Apex and the University Blockchain Research Initiative gathering.

Ripple expects more than 1,500 attendees, over 100 speakers, and more than 80 sessions. The agenda covers capital markets, settlement, tokenization, stablecoins, crypto ETFs, and XRP utility. Speakers include Ripple leadership and executives from major financial institutions and market infrastructure firms.

The timing gives XRP investors several potential catalysts in one week. Announcements involving institutional payments, custody, tokenization, or new XRP-related investment products could strengthen the case for fresh capital entering the ecosystem.

Ripple Swell and The $15 XRP Price Case?

xrp logo
Xrp (XRP)
24h7d30d1yAll time

Technical analyst Javon Marks has outlined a bullish XRP price target of $15, drawing comparisons between XRP’s current chart structure and its historic breakout in 2017.

In July 2026, Marks pointed to the 2,872% gain recorded during the earlier breakout. He applied that historical move to XRP’s November 2024 breakout point near $0.50 to arrive at the $15 target.

The forecast offers a compelling upside scenario if XRP enters another strong price-discovery phase. A combination of renewed ETF demand, expanding institutional adoption, and major Ripple announcements could help strengthen the market narrative behind such a move.

Marks is not the only analyst to identify double-digit potential. Chad Steingraber previously predicted that XRP could climb from $2 to $10 in less than a year, citing ETF demand and the possibility of accelerated price discovery.

Swell now gives Ripple an opportunity to add fresh developments to that bullish outlook. A major banking partnership, expanded RLUSD adoption, or new institutional infrastructure built around the XRP Ledger could reinforce the token’s longer-term growth story.

The national trust bank approval has strengthened Ripple’s position in the U.S. financial system. With Ripple Swell underway and more than $1.8 billion in cumulative XRP ETF inflows already recorded, the next round of announcements could put institutional demand back at the center of the XRP price debate.

Sony Soneium Coin: PlayStation and GTA 6 Crypto Twist?

26 October 2026 at 07:06

Soneium, the blockchain ecosystem associated with Sony Group’s Web3 strategy, announced plans to introduce its native ecosystem coin, SONEIUM, on October 26. The initiative aims to connect entertainment intellectual property (IP), creators, developers, fans, and investors through an on-chain economy.

As of today, Soneium itself already supports more than 250 applications across gaming, music, anime, film, collectibles, and fan creations. Its next phase centers on tokenized IP, which could allow creators and rights holders to develop new funding models while giving fans opportunities to support entertainment properties.

— Soneium 💿 (@soneium) October 26, 2026

The first project under the initiative is Moriusa, a character IP from Tokyo-based entertainment group Super State Holdings. Soneium also plans to work with K-pop IP company DayOneDream to tokenize concert-business royalties.

These projects reveal the ambition behind the Sony Soneium Coin: connecting entertainment businesses with communities that want to participate in their growth.

Rather than focusing exclusively on cryptocurrency trading, Soneium wants to build an economy around the commercial value of creative works. Its planned products include IP Vault, which would provide indirect access to entertainment investment opportunities, and IP Bond, a bond product backed by entertainment businesses.

But this move raises a tantalizing question for gamers: could blockchain become part of the future of PlayStation and blockbuster franchises such as Grand Theft Auto VI?

PlayStation, GTA 6: Is Sony Preparing for Gaming’s Next Crypto Era?

PlayStation is the obvious name that comes to mind when considering Sony’s potential reach in gaming. Meanwhile, GTA 6 is shaping up to be one of the biggest entertainment releases of its generation, making it a compelling example of the commercial power of major gaming IP.

Could blockchain eventually allow fans to participate in gaming economies beyond simply purchasing a game?

Soneium’s proposed infrastructure is designed to make IP licensing, attribution, and royalty distribution programmable on-chain. In principle, similar technology could support authorized digital collectibles, licensed fan projects, or new ways of funding entertainment ventures.

That creates an intriguing possibility for the gaming industry. Imagine a future in which fans could support independent game creators or participate in the commercial success of licensed entertainment projects through tokenized assets.

For now, PlayStation and GTA 6 are the bigger questions surrounding the announcement.

Sony Soneium Executive Says Creators Come First for The Coin

“Entertainment starts with creators. Today, Soneium enters a new stage built to stand behind them,” – Yuji Kumagai

Soneium’s strategy is not simply about launching another crypto. The company wants to change how creators finance projects and participate in the value their work generates.

Yuji Kumagai, Head of Soneium Protocol, outlined that ambition in the announcement. “Entertainment starts with creators. Today, Soneium enters a new stage built to stand behind them,” Kumagai said.

Sony Soneium Coin is coming and targeting tokenized entertainment IP. Could PlayStation and GTA 6 be next in gaming's crypto race?
Yuji Kumagai

He added that the platform would help creators “fund their next work at a new scale” while exploring new forms of expression and connections with fans.

The comments highlight the economic model Soneium wants to establish. Tokenized IP could allow creators to seek funding from their communities, while programmable revenue mechanisms could distribute proceeds according to predefined arrangements.

The company is also developing an Onchain IP Architecture that includes an IP Registry, IP Graph, and IP Execution Layer. Together, these components are intended to connect creative works, licensing terms and revenue mechanisms, including in an era when artificial intelligence makes content creation and remixing easier.

The combination of entertainment financing, digital ownership, and programmable licensing gives Soneium an ambition beyond a conventional gaming token.

BNB New Layer 1 Puts CZ’s Ecosystem Strategy in Focus as ASTER Builds Its Own Chain

26 October 2026 at 06:32

Changpeng Zhao’s vision for a multi-chain crypto ecosystem is coming into sharper focus as BNB Chain develops a new Layer 1 blockchain while ASTER, a project backed by CZ’s investment firm YZi Labs, operates its own trading-focused network.

CZ highlighted the approach in an X post, writing, “Multiple chains, one coins,” in response to the BNB Chain proposal. The message points to a strategy built around expanding blockchain infrastructure without necessarily introducing a separate native token for every network.

Multiple chains, one coins. https://t.co/uwjbQ72v5D

— CZ 🔶 BNB (@cz_binance) October 25, 2026

The development raises a question about the CZ ecosystem strategy: can specialized blockchains serve different markets while strengthening the wider network of projects, applications, and assets connected to it?

Discover: The Crypto Presales This Q4 2026

BNB New Layer 1 Shows a Multi-Chain Strategy

bnb logo
Bnb (BNB)
24h7d30d1yAll time

BNB Chain’s proposed new L1 is designed to operate alongside BNB Smart Chain (BSC), rather than replace it. According to the official technical documentation, the new network is being developed for latency-sensitive applications, including high-frequency trading, on-chain order books, and real-time payments.

Its design targets 200-millisecond blocks, transaction pre-confirmations of 20 milliseconds, and sub-second finality. These remain development targets, with a public testnet planned for late 2026 and mainnet targeted for early 2027.

The more significant detail is the proposed token model. BNB will serve as the native asset for transaction fees and staking, extending its utility across multiple networks instead of introducing another crypto asset.

CZ’s “Multiple chains, one coins” comment captures this direction. Rather than treating every blockchain as an independent ecosystem, the model could connect specialized networks through a shared asset and interoperability infrastructure.

This is central to the CZ ecosystem strategy. BNB Smart Chain is expanding the range of applications that can operate across the BNB ecosystem while keeping BNB relevant to their activity.

ASTER Offers Another View of CZ’s Ecosystem Strategy

ASTER provides an interesting comparison because its own Layer 1 is already live. Aster Chain officially launched its mainnet on March 17, 2026, positioning itself as a privacy-focused blockchain built for on-chain trading. The network emphasizes encrypted order flow, privacy features, and execution performance designed to appeal to derivatives traders.

According to Aster’s launch announcement, the network targets throughput above 100,000 transactions per second, with median block times of 50 milliseconds.

As the lotus lives in water, where no trace will remain.

Leave nothing behind. Trade on Aster Chain. pic.twitter.com/GWe4iA7Uhx

— Aster 🥷 (@Aster_DEX) March 17, 2026

Aster is backed by YZi Labs, the investment firm formerly known as Binance Labs. CZ remains involved in YZi Labs’ investment activities, although this does not mean he directly controls every project the firm backs.

The gap between the two networks is important. BNB New L1 is being developed as a high-performance network for several use cases, including trading, payments and privacy-related applications. Aster Chain is more narrowly focused on trading infrastructure, particularly protecting traders’ positions and order information from public visibility.

Both approaches reflect a push toward specialized blockchain infrastructure, but they do not necessarily serve identical markets.

Could Multiple New Chains Strengthen the BNB Layer 1 Ecosystem?

The relationship between BNB new Layer 1 and ASTER raises a strategic question: does the future of the BNB ecosystem depend on one dominant blockchain, or can multiple specialized networks coexist?

A shared BNB token could help preserve continuity across BNB Chain’s proposed network expansion. If applications migrate or expand onto additional chains, users would not necessarily need to adopt a new native asset for every network.

Meanwhile, projects such as ASTER can develop differentiated products around specific trading needs. Their growth could broaden the range of services available to traders operating across connected crypto ecosystems.

There is also a potential challenge. Multiple networks can divide liquidity, developer attention and user activity, particularly when their applications overlap. A shared token alone does not guarantee that activity on a new chain will translate into additional BNB demand.

XRP Ledger Fix Upgrade Faces November 4 Earliest Activation After Vote Reset

25 October 2026 at 01:00

An XRP Ledger maintenance amendment is running on a new activation clock after losing the validator majority behind its earlier countdown. The fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment regained majority support on October 21, moving its earliest possible activation window to November 4, subject to that support continuing.

TL;DR: The amendment regained validator majority on October 21 after its first countdown failed. A fresh two-week window points to November 4 at the earliest, if support holds.

At the XRPL Dashboard’s October 24, 07:09 UTC snapshot, 32 of 35 trusted validators supported the amendment, or 91.43%. The tracker showed a new majority timestamp of October 21 at 14:46:22 UTC. Those figures are a dated observation; validators can change their positions.

XRPL Win’s amendment history separately records the earlier attempt beginning October 9 and losing majority on October 21. The interrupted run lasted more than 12 days. It did not satisfy the uninterrupted period required for activation, so the earlier October 23 expectation no longer applies.

The Clock Requires Continuous Support

The ledger’s official amendment documentation requires support from more than 80% of trusted validators for two weeks. If support falls below the requirement, the waiting period starts again when the amendment regains majority.

Network processing also means the end of the two-week period should not be treated as an exact appointment. Amendment decisions are handled through designated ledger checkpoints. November 4 is therefore a conditional earliest window, rather than a guaranteed switch at precisely 14:46 UTC.

This is a consensus process among validators on the blockchain. Holding XRP does not itself constitute an amendment vote. The visible count matters because it shows whether the required network support is being maintained throughout the waiting period.

A Collection Of Technical Fixes

The official amendment description groups fixes affecting vaults, lending, automated market makers, permissioned exchange functions, trust lines, NFTs and other ledger features. Examples include more precise vault rounding and changes to when a loan can be treated as in default.

Another change concerns delegated payment permissions. The documentation says an account with a delegated PaymentBurn permission should also need PaymentMint permission to cross a zero balance into minting. That concerns issued tokens and multi-purpose tokens, which can represent tokenized assets; it should not be described as permission to mint native XRP.

The package also separates signing prefixes used for sponsor and counterparty signatures. These are changes to the handling of transactions and permissions, rather than evidence that a new lending service has launched.

Separate lending amendments still have their own voting status. Users tracking the wider DeFi roadmap should therefore distinguish the cleanup package from activation of those features. The next decisive development for this amendment will be sustained majority through the full window, followed by the ledger recording it as enabled.

Starknet Vote Backs Research Into A Post-Quantum Layer-1 Future

23 October 2026 at 12:45

TL;DR: A non-binding Starknet governance poll ended with 93.52% supporting research into an independent post-quantum L1; no chain migration has been approved.

Starknet's community has backed a potentially far-reaching research project, but not the actual move that would make it a different kind of blockchain.

A non-binding governance poll closed Thursday with 93.52% of voting power supporting work on whether Starknet could become an independent, post-quantum-secure layer-1 network. The Starknet Foundation's account of the vote makes the limit explicit: it gives researchers a mandate to study the proposal, not permission to execute a migration.

Why an Ethereum layer-2 is considering independence

Starknet operates as a layer-2 network connected to Ethereum. That relationship helps it inherit important settlement and security properties, but it also ties parts of Starknet's ultimate security picture to Ethereum's cryptography, bridge and data availability.

The Foundation argues that STARK proofs rely on hash-based mechanisms with characteristics that could be useful in a future threatened by powerful quantum computers. It also points to Starknet's programmable accounts as a way to adopt alternative signature schemes.

Neither observation means the network is presently immune to every post-quantum threat. A system's security depends on all the pieces it uses, not just its proving mechanism. The Ethereum dependencies are a principal reason the independent-layer-one question has entered the debate.

A roadmap with more questions than answers

The next step is a joint research group involving StarkWare and the Starknet Foundation. It will examine technical trade-offs and publish findings for the community, with further detailed proposals and votes only if the research justifies moving forward.

Among the unanswered questions are how assets would bridge, where data would become available, what role existing validators and applications would have, and whether independence would sacrifice security or liquidity benefits that Starknet currently derives from Ethereum.

For developers, those trade-offs could be more immediate than distant quantum scenarios. Application infrastructure, settlement assumptions and user protections would all need careful analysis before any major architectural break.

For STRK holders, the vote is a signal of community interest, not a promised launch date or an approved economic redesign. Treating it as a completed shift to a standalone chain would materially overstate what the governance process has decided.

The useful milestone now is a transparent technical proposal that readers and builders can evaluate, rather than another headline declaring quantum readiness before the necessary work is complete.

Ethereum Glamsterdam Upgrade Delayed Over Smart Contract Security Risks

23 October 2026 at 06:28

Ethereum developers have postponed the Glamsterdam upgrade on the Hoodi testnet after researchers identified potential security risks involving existing smart contracts, leaving the network’s next major development milestone without a confirmed activation date. The decision comes as ETH trades under $2,400, with the token losing around 0.5%.

The Ethereum Foundation announced the delay last night, canceling the Hoodi activation scheduled for October 26. Developers want more time to investigate how proposed gas-accounting changes could interact with contracts already deployed on Ethereum mainnet. No replacement date has been announced for the testnet upgrade, and the mainnet schedule remains undecided.

Just another reminder that protocol upgrades can be fragile.

Ethereum Holds Near $2,400 as Glamsterdam Delayed

eth logo
Ethereum (ETH)
24h7d30d1yAll time

ETH price is fluctuating between $2,370 and $2,415. The token is approaching the upper end of its daily range, putting the $2,400 level in focus as traders assess whether the latest gains can hold.

A sustained move above $2,415 could open the door to further upside, while a drop below $2,370 would signal renewed selling pressure and put lower price levels in focus. For now, ETH’s short-term direction will depend on whether buyers can maintain momentum and how the broader crypto market performs.

The Ethereum Glamsterdam delay adds another factor for traders to watch, particularly if uncertainty around the upgrade timeline persists. However, the postponement alone does not establish a bearish outlook for ETH. Attention will remain on price momentum, market demand, and further updates from Ethereum developers as the next testing milestone approaches.

Discover: The Best Token Presales

Delay Leaves December Timeline Uncertain

The postponement also raises questions about the broader Ethereum Glamsterdam rollout timeline. Developers had discussed potential December activation dates for mainnet, but the schedule had not been finalized. With the Hoodi test now delayed, those possible dates should not be treated as confirmed launch targets.

Hoodi testing is an important step in checking how the upgrade behaves before developers decide when to deploy it on mainnet. The canceled activation also removes a planned increase in Hoodi’s gas limit to 200 million, which had been scheduled alongside the upgrade.

The Ethereum Foundation has not announced a replacement Hoodi date. Developers must first investigate the reported compatibility issues and determine what changes, if any, are needed before the next activation can proceed.

For ETH traders, the uncertainty creates a new development milestone to follow rather than a confirmed change to the network’s mainnet operations. A prolonged delay could keep attention on the upgrade’s readiness, while a revised testing schedule would provide a clearer timeline for the next phase.

Smart Contract Security Concerns Trigger Ethereum Glamsterdam Delay

Ethereum delays the Glamsterdam upgrade after smart contract security concerns, pushing Hoodi testnet activation off schedule.

The immediate issue involves EIP-8037, a proposal that changes how Ethereum accounts for gas costs associated with creating blockchain state. Researchers have raised concerns about how the proposed changes could interact with existing smart contracts, particularly those that rely on specific gas limits when handling failed operations.

Security firm ChainSecurity identified scenarios in which the proposed gas changes could leave contracts with different amounts of gas than expected. That could affect how certain applications handle errors, potentially causing operations to fail or behave differently from their original design.

The findings matter because deployed smart contracts may continue operating under assumptions established before the upgrade. Changes to gas accounting can therefore create compatibility problems even when developers are not deliberately changing an application’s underlying logic.

Ethereum’s decision to postpone the Hoodi activation gives developers additional time to investigate those interactions before proceeding. The delay is specific to the Hoodi testnet and does not mean the Glamsterdam upgrade has been canceled.

Glamsterdam remains part of Ethereum’s development roadmap, with proposed improvements including enshrined proposer-builder separation and block-level access lists. For now, the immediate focus is on resolving the security concerns, rescheduling Hoodi testing, and establishing a clearer path toward mainnet activation.

JPMorgan Solana Push Brings MONY and JLTXX Into Tokenized Finance

23 October 2026 at 05:52

JPMorgan Asset Management brings two Solana tokenized money market funds, MONY and JLTXX, to the blockchain, opening another route for institutional investors to access onchain cash management products. Announced last night, the expansion makes both funds available to qualified U.S. investors through Morgan Money, the firm’s liquidity management and trading platform.

The move adds Solana to the funds’ existing blockchain availability as traditional financial institutions explore tokenization. This JPMorgan announcement strengthens Solana’s position in institutional finance.

— Solana (@solana) October 22, 2026

JPMorgan Solana Expansion Adds Two Tokenized Funds

The JPMorgan Solana move covers two products with different investment structures. My OnChain Net Yield Fund (MONY) is a tokenized money market fund launched in December 2025. Structured as a Rule 506(c) private placement, it provides eligible investors with exposure to U.S. dollar yields.

JPMorgan OnChain Liquidity–Token Money Market Fund (JLTXX) is a U.S.-registered government money market fund designed to support stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act, the U.S. stablecoin legislation.

JPMorgan Solana expansion brings MONY and JLTXX to the blockchain as SOL price forecasts point to potential upside amid growing institutional adoption.

Investors can subscribe to and redeem shares through Morgan Money, receiving token balances at their blockchain addresses. Both products remain subject to their respective eligibility requirements, meaning the expansion does not make them freely available to all retail investors.

The funds initially launched on Ethereum, making Solana an additional network for accessing the products. J.P. Morgan Asset Management reported $4.8 trillion in assets under management as of September 30, 2026.

Discover: JP Morgan Calls Bitcoin to Outperform US Stocks

Why Solana?

The JPMorgan Solana expansion reflects a growing effort to connect traditional financial products with blockchain infrastructure. Tokenization represents financial assets as digital tokens on a blockchain. For money market funds, this can provide another way to manage and transfer ownership records while connecting investment products with digital asset infrastructure.

JPMorgan Asset Management says the multi-chain approach responds to clients operating across different blockchain networks. Paul Przybylski, the firm’s global head of product for digital and tokenized assets, said the expansion gives stablecoin issuers and institutional investors access to the same funds across the networks they use.

The development could strengthen Solana’s role in institutional financial applications, particularly if more asset managers and liquidity providers deploy tokenized products on the network.

However, bringing funds to Solana does not automatically translate into substantial demand for SOL. The price impact will depend partly on how much activity the products generate and how that activity affects demand for the network’s native token.

Can Solana Benefit From JPMorgan?

sol logo
Solana (SOL)
24h7d30d1yAll time

Solana is trading around $103, putting our three-month base-case target at $122.58. We see SOL potentially climbing toward $147.09 by the end of 2026, with our forecast suggesting a gradual recovery as market conditions improve.

A more bullish scenario could put SOL on track for $250 by year-end, in line with Standard Chartered’s forecast. From $103, that would represent an upside of approximately 142%.

JPMorgan expansion onto Solana adds to the network’s institutional adoption story, particularly as traditional financial firms bring tokenized financial products onchain. If more institutions follow suit, increased activity across Solana’s ecosystem could strengthen the case for a higher SOL valuation.

The key question is whether institutional adoption translates into sustained network demand. JPMorgan’s move is an encouraging development, but SOL’s ability to reach these targets will also depend on broader crypto market momentum and investor appetite for risk.

Crypto Whale Activity: $7.2M Flows Into 9 Altcoins as PUMP and ENA Face Selling Pressure

23 October 2026 at 04:32

Crypto whale activity is sending unusual signals across the altcoin market. One whale deployed $7.22 million across nine coins, including Ethena (ENA), while Pump.fun (PUMP) faces significant whale selling. Meanwhile, historical AAVE accumulation offers contrasting angles for us watching the market.

The reported buying spree, highlighted by blockchain analytics platform Lookonchain, shows some large investors are still finding opportunities in altcoins despite selling pressure elsewhere.

A whale bought ~$7.22M worth of tokens over the past 24 hours, including:

378,129 $LIT ($1.4M)
6.61M $ENA ($1.34M)
3M $ONDO ($1.34M)
1.154M $AERO ($948K)
241.8 $ETH ($591K)
2,944 $QNT ($589K)
61,252 $UNI ($443K)
1,387 $TAO ($368K)
43.3B $PEPE ($195K)https://t.co/9IgfeLT9A8 pic.twitter.com/ZeCPztInZV

— Lookonchain (@lookonchain) October 22, 2026

Lookonchain reported that the investor acquired 378,129 LIT worth $1.4 million, 6.61 million ENA valued at $1.34 million, and 3 million ONDO worth another $1.34 million.

The remaining purchases included $948,000 in Aerodrome (AERO), $591,000 in Ethereum (ETH), $589,000 in Quant (QNT), $443,000 in Uniswap (UNI), $368,000 in Bittensor (TAO), and $195,000 in Pepe (PEPE). The portfolio spans decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenized real-world assets, and meme coins.

Crypto Whale Activity Signaling PUMP and ENA Movements

While one investor accumulated ENA, separate whale trackers flagged selling pressure in both ENA and PUMP.

PUMP saw $13.2 million in net whale selling over 24 hours, with $20.5 million sold against $7.3 million bought. Its seven-day net selling figure reached approximately $77.9 million, suggesting that large-holder distribution remains a concern.

Crypto whale activity shows PUMP and ENA selling pressure, a $7.2M altcoin buying spree, and historical whale interest.

ENA presents a more complicated picture. We tracked wallets recorded $27.5 million in distribution-side flows against $22.7 million in accumulation-side flows over 30 days, leaving approximately $4.8 million in net distribution. The $1.34 million ENA purchase stands out against the distribution trend.

For those monitoring crypto whale activity, the gap is to be questioned. Continued PUMP selling could weigh on sentiment, while ENA’s competing accumulation and distribution signals leave its next move less certain.

AAVE Whales Buy Millions as Bitcoin Hyper Presale Nears Its End

Historical crypto whale activity provides another angle for traders looking beyond immediate selling pressure. On October 1, Lookonchain reported that a wallet bought 39,018 AAVE worth approximately $6.3 million from Kraken. The transaction demonstrates substantial historical demand for the DeFi token, which then saw ENA run by more than 5%.

Whale 0xe271 bought 39,018 $AAVE ($6.3M) from #Kraken 4 hours ago.https://t.co/gobQ81Bizi pic.twitter.com/tmu69mt7BL

— Lookonchain (@lookonchain) October 1, 2026

Bitcoin Hyper offers a different proposition. It records $33.22 million in presale fundraising milestones, a token price of $0.0136, and around 35 days remaining on its countdown. The project boasts a Bitcoin Layer 2 network designed to support faster transactions and additional functionality.

In November last year, a whale spent 155 ETH, or $374,000, on HYPER during its presale.

Crypto whale activity shows PUMP and ENA selling pressure, a $7.2M altcoin buying spree, and historical whale interest.
Bitcoin Hyper Whale Activity, Etherscan

With the deadline approaching, buyers have a limited window under the current schedule to assess the offering.

Gain Access to New Bitcoin Layer 2 Early Before the Presale Window Ends

What to Monitor From Crypto Whale Activity?

The latest crypto whale activity reveals contrasting signs: a $7.22 million altcoin buying spree, substantial net selling in PUMP, and mixed flows in ENA. Historical AAVE accumulation and Bitcoin Hyper’s presale countdown add further angles for traders assessing large-investor behavior.

For now, watch whether PUMP selling persists, whether ENA accumulation deepens, and whether Bitcoin Hyper attracts new presale purchases before its deadline. The evidence points to selective positioning.

Archax Turns To Chainlink Data Streams For Tokenised Treasury Collateral

22 October 2026 at 10:30

TL;DR: Archax has adopted Chainlink Data Streams to supply pricing information for GOVY, its tokenised US Treasury product, as it develops collateral use cases.

Putting Treasury bills on a blockchain is only the beginning. If an institution wants to borrow against them or use them as margin in an automated market, the software also needs reliable, timely information about their value.

That is the gap Archax is addressing with Chainlink. The regulated digital asset platform said it has adopted Chainlink Data Streams for GOVY, its continuously rolling tokenised US Treasury product. The aim is to supply pricing data to support lending, treasury management and other on-chain collateral applications.

GOVY is designed to provide exposure to short-dated US government bills, with the underlying securities held in regulated custody. Archax describes features including transfers between approved wallets and subscriptions or redemptions using supported stablecoins.

Those details matter because a tokenised security still needs rules around custody, eligibility and price discovery. A faster oracle feed cannot remove credit, liquidity or operational risk, and a proposed DeFi integration still has to be approved by individual markets. What it can do is make the underlying asset’s price usable by programmable financial systems. That is a practical step towards institutions treating tokenised Treasuries as working collateral, not simply a digital certificate.

Cardano Foundation Pushes Back On Expanding MiCA Rules To Protocol-Level DeFi

22 October 2026 at 09:15

TL;DR: In a newly published explanation of its European consultation response, the Cardano Foundation argues for regulating activities and intermediaries rather than creating blanket rules for decentralised technology.

The Cardano Foundation has spelled out why it believes Europe’s next round of crypto policymaking should avoid treating every blockchain interaction as a regulated financial service. In an October 21 article, its legal team explained the positions it submitted to the European Commission’s MiCA review.

The response itself was filed on September 30, an important date distinction. The Foundation is not announcing that new laws were passed this week. It is describing the changes it wants policymakers to make as they assess decentralised finance, staking, lending, stablecoins and the practical limits of the existing regulation.

Its argument rests on function and control. An intermediary taking custody or exercising discretion over customer assets is doing something different from a person delegating ADA stake without surrendering custody, or software that simply provides access to a public network.

The Foundation also wants clearer treatment of hybrid tokens, overlaps with other European financial rules and cross-border legal issues. These are lobbying positions, not binding exemptions. The significance for Cardano is that staking and permissionless infrastructure sit near the centre of the EU debate over who, precisely, should face financial-services obligations.

Fhenix Brings Encrypted Smart Contract Computing To Ethereum And Arbitrum

22 October 2026 at 08:00

TL;DR: Fhenix says CoFHE is available on Ethereum and Arbitrum mainnets, giving approved applications a way to perform computations involving encrypted data.

A major weakness of public blockchain applications is that transparency is often the default, even where participants would prefer to keep commercial details private. Fhenix is trying to address that with CoFHE, its fully homomorphic encryption-powered computation system.

The company’s public developer information now describes CoFHE as live on Ethereum and Arbitrum mainnet. Applications can use its coprocessor to work with encrypted inputs instead of revealing every sensitive value to the wider network. That is relevant to private trading, financial positions and other cases where full public disclosure can be a drawback.

The important limitation is access. Fhenix says its early mainnet deployment uses an allowlist for contracts submitting CoFHE workloads, while open testnets remain available for experimentation. Its technical materials also distinguish research throughput measurements from results achieved in live production.

The development doesn’t magically make all Ethereum transactions private. It provides an additional tool to developers prepared to adopt encrypted computation and work within the initial deployment restrictions. If it proves practical under real workloads, confidential finance could move closer to established smart contract ecosystems rather than demanding a wholly separate chain.

PancakeSwap Opens Vote To Cut CAKE Emissions By Around 69%

22 October 2026 at 06:45

TL;DR: PancakeSwap’s ‘The Flip’ vote would boost liquidity providers‘ share of certain trading fees to 88% while cutting daily CAKE emissions to 7,000.

PancakeSwap holders are being asked to decide how much value should go to liquidity providers and how much new CAKE the protocol should continue issuing. Voting has opened on ‘The Flip’, a proposal first outlined to the community earlier in October.

Under the plan, liquidity providers on v3 and Infinity pools would keep 88% of swap fees, up from roughly two-thirds on many pools. The protocol’s remaining 12% fee share would go to its treasury. V2’s existing fee setup would not be changed by this part of the proposal.

The other major adjustment is on the emissions side: effective daily CAKE issuance would fall from 22,500 to 7,000, a reduction of approximately 69%. The remaining issuance is intended for PancakeSwap’s ecosystem growth fund, known as the Pantry.

Supporters will argue that paying liquidity more generously can improve trading depth and that cutting new token issuance may reduce dilution. The trade-off is how the treasury finances development and incentives over time. Nothing is final until the vote passes and code changes are rolled out. The proposed implementation would take place in phases from November, rather than changing every supported chain overnight.

Exchange Tokens Are Being Redesigned Around One Question: How Do You Stop People Leaving?

22 October 2026 at 06:37

Exchange Tokens Are Being Redesigned Around One Question: How Do You Stop People Leaving?

The airdrop cycle of 2024 and 2025 produced a repeatable pattern, and everyone in the market can recite it. A protocol announces a points programme. Volume climbs. Wallets multiply. The token generates, the airdrop lands, and within weeks a large share of the supply has been sold and a large share of the activity has moved to whichever protocol announced points next.

The mechanism worked exactly as designed. It bought attention and volume for a period, at a price paid in supply. What it did not buy was anything that stayed after the payment stopped.

Perp DEXs have been the most aggressive users of this playbook, and they now have the most reason to move past it. The sector is no longer small enough for growth-at-any-cost to be the only objective: on-chain perpetual volume has climbed from roughly 2% of the total perpetuals market in January 2024 to over 10% by early 2026, with monthly volumes crossing a trillion dollars, and the centralised share of open interest falling from 96.4% at the start of 2025 to 86.5% by April 2026 according to CoinGecko’s research. A sector at that scale is competing for retention, not for first attention.

The token designs now being published reflect that. Three shifts are worth tracking.

Shift one: governance weight you can’t buy

The first design change is separating the tradeable asset from the governance asset.

In the standard model, one token does both jobs: it trades on the open market and it votes. The consequence is that voting power is purchasable at any moment, including immediately before a contentious vote, and including by someone with no interest in the protocol beyond the outcome of that vote. Governance attacks of this shape have been executed repeatedly.

The alternative is a non-transferable staking derivative. Stake the liquid token, receive a governance token that cannot be sold, lent or borrowed. Voting weight then has to be accumulated by locking, which means it can only be held by parties who have accepted the opportunity cost of holding.

EVEDEX’s published design for $EVE follows this shape. Staked EVE converts one-to-one into stEVE, which is non-transferable and carries the voting rights in the EVEDEX DAO. It is a straightforward mechanism, and its main effect is to make governance capture expensive in time rather than merely expensive in capital.

Shift two: exit costs that decay rather than cliff

The second change is in how unstaking works, and it is more consequential than it sounds.

Lockups have traditionally been binary. Funds are locked for a term, then they are not. This produces the unlock-cliff dynamic familiar from every vesting chart: nothing happens for months, then a large tranche becomes liquid on a known date, and the market prices it in advance.

The newer approach makes exit continuously available but progressively priced. Under the $EVE design, unstaking runs linearly across a year, updating continuously, and holders can withdraw the unlocked portion at any point. Exiting early carries a penalty of up to 50%, declining linearly to zero as the period completes.

Shift three: rewards indexed to revenue, not to emissions

The third shift is the most important and the least visible in marketing material.

Emissions-funded staking rewards are circular. The protocol pays stakers in newly issued tokens, the yield looks attractive, more tokens are staked, and the source of the yield is dilution of the same holders receiving it. The advertised APY is a number the protocol chooses, not a number it earns.

Revenue-indexed rewards work differently. The $EVE design explicitly does not express staking rewards as a fixed annual rate; returns are tied to protocol fee generation and to each staker’s share of total staked supply. That produces a lower and more variable headline number, which is commercially unhelpful and analytically honest. It also means the token’s return profile is a function of whether the exchange actually does business — which, for a venue reporting more than 74,000 registered traders and monthly volume above $15B, is at least a testable proposition.

What these designs still don’t solve

None of this addresses the central asymmetry, which is allocation.

$EVE has a fixed supply of 100 million, with 31% to treasury and DAO, 18% to the core team, 15% to partnerships, 12% to liquidity provision and vaults, 10% to seed and private rounds, 8% to network incentives and 6% distributed retroactively to early users based on accumulated points and badges. That 6% figure is roughly in line with what comparable programmes have distributed, and it is worth stating plainly: retroactive community allocations in this sector are small relative to insider allocations, and elegant staking mechanics do not change that arithmetic.

The other unresolved question is timing. The $EVE token generation event is scheduled for a window of approximately six to eighteen months after mainnet launch — a range wide enough that the market conditions at TGE are unknowable, and unlock schedules for team and investor tranches are the detail that will determine how the design performs in practice.

The direction of travel is real, though. Exchange tokens are being built to reward staying rather than to reward arriving. Whether the mechanisms hold when the first serious drawdown tests them is the part nobody can model in advance.

Zcash Developers Target November 5 For NU7 Upgrade And Faster Blocks

22 October 2026 at 05:30

TL;DR: Zcash’s NU7 upgrade is targeted for early November, promising 25-second blocks, while final activation parameters still require implementation work.

Zcash developers are moving closer to a substantial change in the network’s basic rhythm. The NU7 schedule points to November 5 for mainnet activation, with the upgrade designed to shorten target block spacing from 75 seconds to 25 seconds.

That change could make multiple confirmations arrive much sooner than under the existing parameters. NU7 also includes the Network Sustainability Mechanism and changes affecting older transaction formats, including the retirement of legacy Sprout-related functionality.

But a date on a community roadmap is not the same thing as a completed activation. The development teams still have to lock down the mainnet height in software, finish releases and ensure the network’s operators are ready. The Zcash Foundation’s latest engineering notes describe syncing fixes and work on the Zebra node release needed for NU7.

For users, the visible effect should be quicker block confirmations once the change is actually live. For node operators and infrastructure providers, the near-term task is upgrading carefully enough to remain on the correct chain. Zcash’s privacy architecture is not being replaced wholesale; this is an engineering upgrade with real compatibility consequences.

Earn 1.5% Daily on USDT – Fully Audited, Zero Admin Keys – Binance Smart Chain

22 October 2026 at 04:48
How a Verified Smart Contract is Changing DeFi Yield Generation

A revolutionary smart contract called NOX FUND has just launched on BNB Smart Chain, and it’s already paying users guaranteed 1.5% daily returns on USDT deposits with complete transparency and zero possibility of admin interference. Here’s why thousands are already depositing: the contract is completely ownerless, immutable, and professionally audited with no admin functions, no proxy patterns, and no pause mechanisms. What you see in the verified code is permanent, and that code guarantees 1.5% daily with mathematical certainty.

Start Earning Now | Join Community

The mechanics deliver immediate profits. Deposit USDT and start earning 1.5% every single day on your full principal. Claim those returns anytime starting from day one – there’s no waiting period for your first profits. Your principal locks for 45 days to ensure pool stability, but during that time you’re pulling pure daily profit. After 45 days, everything unlocks. Deposit 1,000 USDT today, claim 15 USDT tomorrow, and by day 45 you’ve earned 675 USDT in pure profit while your principal is ready to withdraw. Run that same capital through multiple cycles and the compound gains are exponential.

The contract at 0x433830E36585bdACC840E1caB419C4211bBf13f5 has been fully verified on BscScan, audited by HazeCrypto, and scanned by SolidityScan. Any developer can read the code and confirm: no Ownable inheritance, no delegatecall, no selfdestruct, zero admin privileges. The 1.5% daily rate is hardcoded into Solidity constants that literally cannot be modified by anyone. This isn’t a promise – it’s mathematics executing on an unstoppable blockchain.

The HazeCrypto audit specifically verified no hidden owner functions, no upgrade patterns, no pause mechanisms, no blacklists. All yields calculate deterministically on-chain using immutable constants. You’re trusting math and code, not a centralized team. The contract can’t be changed, paused, or upgraded ever. What you verify today exists forever.

Beyond guaranteed base yield, the referral system pays 20% in total commissions across your entire 7-level downline. When someone deposits using your link, you instantly earn 8% commission. When your referrals recruit others, you earn 4% from Level 2. The structure continues down to Level 7, creating true passive income as your network expands.

Real numbers: Refer 10 people who deposit 500 USDT each = 400 USDT instant commission (8% of 5,000). As those 10 people build networks, you earn 4% from every Level 2 deposit, 3% from Level 3, down through 0.5% at Level 7. Get 10 directs who each recruit 10 and you have 100 Level 2 positions. When those 100 deposit 200 USDT average, that’s 800 USDT in Level 2 commissions alone. Add Levels 3-7 and monthly referral income hits five figures.

Referral positions are permanent – once someone joins your downline, they stay forever earning you commissions on all future deposits and their network’s deposits. Early participants are establishing trees now that will generate passive income for years.

Smart participants create multiple smaller positions across different days instead of one large deposit. This generates rolling unlock dates – when position 1 hits day 45 and unlocks, position 2 has weeks remaining, position 3 is mid-cycle. Result: continuous principal access for redeployment rather than everything locking/unlocking simultaneously.

The platform calculator projects exact earnings timelines. Enter deposit amount and see daily ROI, cumulative earnings at each milestone, exact unlock timestamp, when position hits the 547.5% lifetime cap. Users track multiple positions, planning optimal withdrawal moments to extract principal right before cap and immediately redeploy into fresh positions that reset the counter.

All deposits flow into a shared contract balance. When users claim ROI or withdraw principal, funds come from this pool. New deposits feed the pool through the 5% protocol fee. Ongoing activity provides liquidity for existing users to claim returns. The mathematics are completely open – verify pool balance on-chain, see total deposits, track total withdrawals, calculate health metrics yourself.

Real-time statistics display on the dashboard pulled from contractInfo() function on-chain. TVL, active users, total ROI distributed, all metrics can’t be faked because they read immutable blockchain state. Users watch positions update live as epochs pass and ROI accumulates.

NOX FUND delivers guaranteed 1.5% daily USDT yields through completely immutable, professionally audited smart contract with zero admin control. Verified on BscScan, audited by HazeCrypto, already processing deposits and withdrawals flawlessly. Earn from base yield plus 20% referral commissions across 7 downline levels. Start in under 60 seconds – connect wallet, deposit USDT, earn tomorrow. Principal unlocks after 45 days with 67.5% profit already claimed.

Early participants are establishing networks generating passive income for years. TVL growing, community expanding globally, withdrawal success rates consistently high. The question isn’t whether it works – verified code and real users confirm it does. The question is whether you’ll participate while prime positioning is available, or watch others build networks and earn yields.

XRP Price Falls as Crypto Longs Get Wiped Out and XRPL Upgrade Delayed

22 October 2026 at 09:28

The XRP price fell below $1.35 just now after an attempted recovery toward $1.40 lost momentum. Not just XRP, renewed selling pressure also hit the crypto market. More than $220 million in crypto long positions were reportedly liquidated over 12 hours as Bitcoin and Ethereum dropped toward $81,000 and $2,300, respectively.

XRP Price falls toward $1.33 as crypto liquidations top $210 million. The XRPL upgrade is delayed to November 4 after validator support dips.
Crypto Liquidation, Coinglass

The downturn comes as the XRP Ledger prepares a significant network maintenance update, although a setback in validator support has pushed its expected activation into November. The combination of weakening price action, leveraged liquidations, and uncertainty surrounding the upgrade leaves XRP wobbling, waiting to see if buyers can defend the $1.30 area.

XRP Price Reversal Deepens, Liquidations Mount

xrp logo
Xrp (XRP)
24h7d30d1yAll time

The XRP price climbed toward $1.40 just a few hours ago before reversing lower. The token subsequently fell through the $1.38 and $1.36 areas before approaching $1.33, leaving the attempted recovery looking increasingly fragile.

As of now, XRP price is down 2% over 24 hours, despite remaining up 1.1% over seven days. The $220 million liquidation wave adds another source of pressure. When leveraged traders open long positions, they are betting that prices will rise. A sharp decline can trigger forced closures when collateral becomes insufficient, potentially adding selling pressure and accelerating losses.

For the XRP price, the immediate technical question is whether buyers can hold the $1.30–$1.32 region. A recovery above $1.35 would help ease some short-term pressure, while another breakdown could leave the token exposed to further losses.

XRPL Upgrade Delayed After Validator Support Falls

The XRP Ledger’s fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment was initially expected to activate on October 23, but that timeline has changed. Validator support briefly fell to 26 of 35 trusted validators, below the 29 votes required to maintain the necessary majority. The countdown consequently restarted, moving the projected activation to November 4 at 14:46 UTC.

XRP Ledger Bug Fix Hits a Last Minute Roadblock

The XRP Ledger’s (@XRP) $XRP fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment has been delayed until November after validator support briefly fell below the required threshold.

The network requires at least 29 validators to maintain approval throughout… pic.twitter.com/9aunWT0Kbj

— BSCN (@BSCNews) October 22, 2026

The amendment bundles technical corrections affecting several XRPL components, including single-asset vaults, lending, automated market makers, the permissioned decentralized exchange, trust lines, NFTs, escrow, and transaction signing. These changes are intended to correct issues in the network’s implementation.

XRP Price Depends on Buyers and Network Progress

The revised upgrade timeline gives traders another date to monitor, but the XRP price must first contend with the current market downturn. If buyers defend $1.30–$1.32 and reclaim $1.35, the token could attempt another move toward $1.38 and the $1.40 area.

A sustained break below $1.30 would weaken that recovery scenario and could encourage further selling, particularly if Bitcoin and Ethereum continue to fall. Traders will also be watching whether liquidation pressure eases and whether spot-market demand returns.

The November 4 activation projection provides a potential network catalyst, provided validator support remains above the required threshold. Meanwhile, XRPL’s separate lending amendments have not received the necessary approval, meaning the maintenance update should not be confused with the launch of a fully enabled lending protocol.

For now, the XRP price faces a near-term test of market demand while the ledger’s next technical milestone moves further out. A sustained recovery will likely require stronger buying interest and improved conditions across the broader crypto market, rather than the upgrade date alone.

Dogecoin Expands Utility as Robinhood Memecoin Boom Reveals Crypto’s Biggest Adoption Engine

22 October 2026 at 04:29

The launch of Dogecoin Labs, Shiba Inu’s expansion across blockchain networks, and Robinhood Chain’s memecoin trading activity highlight a question: are memecoins becoming one of crypto’s most effective on-chain adoption engines?

Memecoins are often dismissed as speculative assets with little purpose beyond price movements. But their role in crypto could be more important than their critics acknowledge: they can attract users to blockchain networks and introduce them to crypto beyond trading.

Dogecoin Pushes Beyond Its Meme Origins

Dogecoin Labs brings together MyDoge, the DogeOS application platform, and Such App, a merchant payments product, under a coordinated initiative associated with the Dogecoin Foundation.

Dogecoin Labs is here.

One team building the future of Doge: DogeOS, the MyDoge wallet, and everything that comes next.

A new chapter for Doge starts today.https://t.co/So9qcrwUoA pic.twitter.com/ShYd1KBdlL

— DogeOS (@DogeOS) October 21, 2026

The products target wallets, applications, and payments, showing an effort to make Dogecoin useful beyond buying and selling DOGE.

The challenge is converting community recognition into sustained adoption. Still, the initiative illustrates how a project that began as a joke can pursue a broader role in the crypto economy.

Shiba Inu offers another example of a memecoin project seeking opportunities beyond its original community. Its expansion through additional blockchain infrastructure, including Solana via Wormhole’s Sunrise gateway, creates more opportunities for SHIB to reach new users and applications.

shib logo
Shiba Inu (SHIB)
24h7d30d1yAll time

My own journey into crypto reflects this shift. Although I entered the market through Bitcoin, I initially approached crypto much like the stock market, focusing on prices and investment returns. It was Shiba Inu that opened my eyes to on-chain crypto, showing me that the industry offered far more than simply buying an asset and waiting for its value to rise.

This matters because memecoins can motivate users to connect wallets, explore decentralized exchanges, and discover blockchain applications they might never have encountered otherwise. The meme attracts attention; the underlying technology can open the door to a much broader ecosystem.

Robinhood Chain And The Memecoin’s Influence

Robinhood Chain offers a revealing example of speculative demand shaping blockchain activity. The network was designed to support tokenized assets, including stocks and real-world assets. Yet memecoin trading has also played a significant role in its early activity, illustrating how speculative markets can attract traders and liquidity to infrastructure built for broader financial applications.

However, that activity has proved volatile. Fortune reported on October 6 that trading volume in memecoin–stock-token pairs had fallen 96% from its early-September peak. The decline highlights the challenge facing blockchain developers: attracting traders is one thing, but retaining them after speculative excitement fades is another.

Even so, memecoins can serve as an entry point. Users who arrive to trade tokens may eventually explore decentralized finance, self-custody, payments, and other blockchain applications. Whether that transition happens at scale requires more evidence, but the potential deserves serious attention.

Can Dogecoin Turn Speculation Into Adoption?

Dogecoin, Shiba Inu and Robinhood Chain illustrate different sides of the same trend. Memecoins can create communities, attract attention and encourage people to interact with blockchain infrastructure.

The key question is whether projects can turn that initial interest into lasting participation. For Dogecoin, that means growing activity across wallets, applications and payments. For SHIB, broader network access must translate into sustained engagement. For Robinhood Chain, the challenge is converting speculative trading into durable demand for tokenized assets and other applications.

Memecoins may not be the final destination for every crypto user, but they could be the doorway through which more people discover what crypto can actually do.
