The new lawsuit comes after a federal judge ruled that a preliminary injunction motion over the USDA reorganization belonged as its own separate legal action.
"Now our challenge is to communicate this settlement...over 5,000 current and former Secret Service agents are entitled to share in," Nicholas Wieczorek said.
"It's a mangled system when you have a tenants' bill of rights for service members where the housing companies participate in the drafting," René Kladzyk said.
